This kit is one of my favorites that we've had in awhile. My layouts came together easily and super fast! There are plenty of papers and embellies for us boy Mamas and plenty for those who like things a little more girly too. ;) Pretty sure my favorite add-on was Four Square...that pie graph stamp is too fun and I love the way it turned out on this page. I stamped it in 4 different colors. I'm still in MAJOR love w/the Prima Chalk Inks...they stamp soooo beautifully and the colors are so rich and vibrant. (With the exception of the blue stripe washi tape, this page uses exclusively Four Square) (inks: rusty keys, teal damask, coltsfoot stemens, and rock moss, mist: Mister Huey's Pinstripe)
I fell in LOVE w/the colors in the Monkey Bars add-on....sooo soft and pretty and girly! And even though I don't have girls, I bought the add-on thinking surely I could find at least one girly thing to scrap. Luckily, I had this pic of the me and the bestie from our Key West trip. :)
"Let's Go Fishing" is my main kit only layout this month. I started this layout with another photo, but for some reason the blues, greens and white background made me think "nautical", so I went with this pic of my boys, their Dad and their Paw fishing on Father's Day instead. To add a little more color to the page, I diluted a little Mister Huey's Mint Julep with some water to create a watercolor like paint and painted over some of the words on the text paper. It's subtle, but I love the way that turned out.
I created this one for mom2ee's 5th Anniversary challenge, which was to scrap a photo of someone at 5-years old. I kind of cheated, since Brady IS 5-years old, so it was a super easy challenge for me. ;) Though this page has TWO 5-year olds and one almost 5-year old on it, so I think I get bonus points for that, no? ;) This layout uses mostly Twisty Slide...I said this somewhere before, but I love the pops of RED in this add-on...I find myself wishing there was more red in scrapbooking products often, so this add-on was awesome for that :) (ink: teal damask)
And finally a card to round out my time with the kit! I just HAD to use that big resin pink flower...it was soooo pretty!! :) (ink: teal damask)
And if there weren't enough reasons to love this month at Studio Calico, SC is giving away free stamp sets in celebration of their 5th birthday when you spend $100 or more!! Happy Thursday, friends!! :)

Gorgeous gallery as always!
