Studio Calico's November kit, Handmade, went live last night at midnight! I loved this kit...so many great elements in the main kit and all the add-ons. This month, I got the main kit and the Thimble, Pin Cushion, and Tatting add-ons.
My first layout, which I think is my favorite this month, uses JUST the main kit. Some of the bolder patterns in the main were throwing me off a bit, so I pulled some of the neutral B sides to create this pretty snowy page...P.S. white mister huey + mister huey shine + woodgrain is my new favorite combination ;)
Luckier is a tribute to my husband. He is the best Dad. I wrote a little note to Brady and tucked it in w/the "notes" journaling card. I wasn't lucky enough to have a father like Tom...they are so lucky and I want them to know that :) Lots of OA Sidewalks here from the Tatting add-on. I LOVE this line! And that stamp is definitely a new fave!!! I stamped it here in Versamark, Zinged in white and then with the filler stamp added the fun colors.
This page uses mostly the Thimble add-on...our sweet Bailey recently turned 10 years old. She's the best dog and we love her very much! This was a good excuse for me to use the Cameo mister huey (which i love!!), plus the flowers and other girly elements from Thimble.
This little journal will be on the Studio Calico blog next week, I believe...I wanted to make a little journal to house my photos for Rebecca Cooper's Simple Things challenge that I plan to start in January. The SC journal + exclusive Fabrip from Handmade was perfect for it!
OH and after hemming and hawing about whether or not to do a December Daily this year, I've decided to go for it! Glue and I convinced each other we need to do one and what's better than having a kit already put together for you?!! Isn't it soooooo pretty?! I can't wait...all the exclusives make it so worth it! I'm really looking forward to tackling this project this year!
Thanks for stopping by! I hope you all have a fantastic weekend! Links to what products I used on my projects this month are below. :)

As much as I adore all the OA work - the first is my favorite. Great job!
