Sigh. My fun girls' weekend is over. Bittersweet. I had the BEST time, always do. I've always said that it's hard to make close friends as you get older...I am so lucky to have found these girls. They mean the world to me and our annual beach weekend is our favorite little getaway and escape from reality. No kids, no husbands, no responsibilities...just perfect!
It was back to reality today...I was so happy to get home to my boys. Now, I'm making lists and menus and getting ready for another crazy week. We've got a lot going on this week, so there are only a couple of things on the menu...pretty sure there'll be grilled cheese and McDonald's thrown in there this week. ;) Here are the 2 new recipes we're giving a go though:
- Crock Pot Root Beer Pulled Pork Sandwiches + Annie's Oven Baked Fries
- Rachael Ray's Parmesan Crusted Tilapia (sounds super easy!) + THIS mac and cheese (which Martha says is the best EVER?!) to make the kids happy
One last thing...check out the Bella Blvd blog today, yours truly is this week's guest designer ;) I'll be back tomorrow...happy Monday, friends!! :)

Cute layouts on Bella Blvd. Jackson is a very realistic Harry Potter! We're having brats & chicken on the grill, Rachael's tilapia & an Italian beef stew on polenta this week. I love your Monday menus & have added several to my meal planning.
