Monday Monday again. After our busy weekend, I'm happy to be back into at least somewhat of a routine. We've got one more week of summer here before school starts and we're packing it full with fun! But Monday is our day to get ready for the week, so today it's movies and legos and pajamas. ;) Here's what's on our menu for the week:
Monday- Cilantro Lime Shrimp
Tuesday- Asian Chicken Kebabs
Wednesday- Balsamic Pork Roast (still haven't made this yet!!)
Thursday- Sandwiches for the boys...it's Pokeno night w/the moms' group, so I'm making this Loaded Baked Potato Dip (horrible for you, but wow it looks good, huh?)
I've also got some Studio Calico Glee Club sneaks!! From all the exclusive to the fun Amy Tan items in the kit, this is ranking up there w/some of my favorite kits ever! I got all 4 add ons this month and they're all equally fun....first up add on 4, Thespians. Halloween-y at first glance, but you could also use it for other themes too...there some non-halloweenish papers and embellies as well. I had plenty of un-scrapped Halloween photos, so I took advantage...
This next one uses add-on 3, Home Ec, which was perfect for my Maine vacation photos...
