Busy Bee...

It's been a total whirlwind of activity around here since my last post! Wow, things are just slowing down for a couple of days now, only to pick right back up this weekend. So, what exactly has been keeping me so busy? Photos, photos, and more photos...I've been fortunate enough to photograph some gorgeous families in the past couple of weeks.

 

   

 

 

 

 

Last week I was working on projects for RR's Holiday Workshop...you can see photos of all the projects we made here. It was so much fun getting together with everyone at the store and enjoying some time just making fun stuff!! I've been scrapping lots, but I don't have anything to share...I will share this photo of a project for the workshop I did w/my QK Silhouette and the vinyl on a picture frame. This was SO easy and I love the way it came out!

 

OH and it's been COLD here! It seems like the cold weather came much earlier than usual this year...not that I'm complaining though! I'd much rather it be cold than hot and humid! :P The boys have been enjoying wearing their cold weather clothes and jackets. Brady and I braved the park with some friends the other day and it was FREEZING, but Brady didn't mind at all...notice the red fingers and face from the cold :P

 

That's all I've got for now...hoping to stay on top of the blogging from now until the end of the year...we'll see how it goes! ;)

The Game Ball...

Thanks so much for all the congrats on the cover! I still haven't seen it in person, but I'll be working at RR tonight, so hopefully I'll get to peek at it finally.

I've been busy busy working on projects for RR's Holiday Workshop, which is next weekend. I have about 6 unfinished projects sitting on my desk right now and this room is a wreck! Hopefully, I'll be able to finish it all up this weekend. I have to brag on Jackson for a minute though before I head out to work. He's been doing SO great in T-ball...last week he got the game ball. Of course, this was the one game I forgot my camera, so I didn't get to capture his HUGE smile when he was presented w/the ball, but I did make him pose for one when we got home. :)

 

I love that we've found something that makes him so happy...he really looks forward to going and even Brady gets excited about going to watch him play.

 

One more quick thing...the DT girls over at RR and I challenged each other to enter the monthly challenge over at Scenic Route  to see if any of us would win. Well, lucky me...I managed to pull off a win w/this layout. It was a really fun challenge to mix up at least 2 different lines of SR.

Trick Or Treat

  We had the BEST time this Halloween...watching these two trick or treat was too much fun! Jackson running from house to house and not being at all scared of the spooky costumes and Brady strutting up to each house in his Buzz costume. Brady was the hit of the neighborhood...every house we went to was in awe of his cuteness. I have to agree! ;) Everytime someone put candy in his pumpkin bucket, he said "oooooh!" and he was totally greedy at the houses where they let you pick from the bowl they're holding. He would grab one and then open his hand huge to grab some more. heee! Jackson actually got a big kick of handing out the candy to all the trick or treaters. We spent the evening at my Aunt's like we usually do..their neighborhood is FAMOUS for good trick or treating. My uncle bought 14 boxes of 100 Blowpops, they give 2 to each trick or treater which equals 700 kids!!!! Anyway, enough rambling...here are some pics :) The quality of these isn't the best...we were losing light fast!
